Stormwater Design
We specialize in stormwater management design for any site or project complexity. Our work includes watershed and outfall analysis, BMP selection and design, erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater quality and quantity design, and compliance with local and state regulatory requirements. Deliverables include stormwater calculations, BMP layout and profiles, hydrologic and hydraulic reports, and permit-ready construction drawings.
Site Surveying and BIM
Dome Engineering Services offers advanced site surveying and BIM services utilizing LiDAR, RTK GPS, UAV photogrammetry, and total station technologies. We support our clients with high-accuracy existing conditions documentation for both exterior sites and interior facilities. Deliverables include but are not limited to topographic surveys, BIM and point-cloud models, base plans, cross sections, and fully georeferenced drawings prepared in CAD software.
Structural Design
We provide structural engineering design for an array of project scopes. Our services include analysis and design of wood, steel, and reinforced concrete systems for foundations, framing, retaining walls, pools, accessory structures, and renovations. Deliverables include sealed structural drawings, calculations, details, inspection reports, and construction support documents prepared in accordance with IBC and local jurisdiction requirements.
MEP Commissioning
Dome Engineering Services delivers mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) commissioning and consulting services. Our work includes system evaluations, functional performance testing, coordination with contractors and facility staff, and verification of system performance against design intent. Deliverables include commissioning plans, test procedures, deficiency reports, and operation and maintenance documentation.
Construction Management and Inspection
We provide construction management, quality assurance, and inspection services for public infrastructure, municipalities, aviation facilities, private developments, and residential projects. Our services include constructability reviews, bid support, submittal and RFI review, field inspections, QA/QC reporting, and coordination with contractors and agencies. Services include but are not limited to inspection reports, pay application reviews, change order evaluations, project schedules, and record drawings to support successful project delivery.
